We have made a great number of preparations for our planned departure on April 1, 2026.

Thomas and I have packed and sorted out things before our departure from Fuengirola, but first the boat needed to be picked up from Marina Amarilla, San Miguel in Tenerife.

Thomas and 4 men with great knowledge of sailing, picked up “San Blas” to sail via Madeira and then into the Mediterranean, heading towards Fuengirola.

In the meantime, I, Carina, have been studying for my coastal skipper certificate.

A good and necessary addition to our common bank of knowledge. Thomas is already a captain/skipper of a little bit of everything and just needs some practice.
